"The perpetrator immediately assaulted the victim by slashing 4 times into the victim's hand area," he continued.
After slashing, the perpetrator immediately fled and left the victim in the rented house.
“(His hand almost broke) Yes. It's just been stitched, there are no deadly parts, nothing," he said.
The police who received the report immediately gave chase until the perpetrator was finally caught in the Semper Bara area, Cilincing, North Jakarta.
The perpetrators were charged with Article 351 of the Criminal Code regarding severe persecution with a threat of five years in prison.
