11 ASN Pidie District Government Disrespectful Fired For Corruption And Using Drugs

BANDA ACEH - The Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) of Pidie Regency, Aceh, stated that as many as 11 state civil servants (ASN) within the local district government were dismissed or dishonorably dismissed for being involved in corruption and narcotics crimes. Mulyadi Nurdin in Pidie, Tuesday, May 10, said the decision to dismiss with disrespect was based on a decree from the Regent of Pidie which stated that they had committed serious violations. "There are 11 state civil servants who were dishonorably dismissed because of serious violations. the work unit where they work," Mulyadi Nurdin was quoted as saying by Antara. Mulyadi Nurdin said that eight of them were involved in corruption cases and had permanent legal force. Three others were involved in drug trafficking cases and were sentenced to up to 4 years in prison. . Their case also has permanent legal force, said Mulyadi Nurdin. "The dishonorable discharge is in accordance with the laws and regulations. Because the violations committed cannot be tolerated, so they must be expelled or fired," said Mulyadi Nurdin.
