JAKARTA - The Supervisory Board of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) asked PT Pertamina (Persero) to cooperate with the investigation of the alleged receipt of gratification in the form of accommodation and Mandalika MotoGP tickets by KPK Deputy Chair Lili Pintauli Siregar.

"Dewas hopes that related parties, including Pertamina and its subsidiaries, can cooperate and be cooperative," said a member of the KPK Supervisory Board Syamsuddin Haris in a written statement to reporters, Monday, April 18.

Pertamina, which is suspected of providing facilities for watching the Mandalika MotoGP, continued Syamsuddin, was asked to be honest when questioned by the KPK Council. "That is by providing true and honest information regarding the information they know," he said.

Syamsuddin also emphasized that his side had nothing to hide. All processes of collecting evidence against Lili's ethical violations are currently underway.

"Dewas is still in the stage of gathering information, materials, and information from related parties who are suspected of knowing and possessing information about the alleged ethical violation committed by Ms. LPS," he said.

As previously reported, Lili allegedly received gratuities in the form of hotel accommodation and tickets to watch the Mandalika MotoGP from one of the state-owned companies.

This complaint was then followed up by the KPK Council by asking for clarification from a number of parties. In addition, Tumpak Hatorangan et al have asked related parties to bring proof of booking accommodation at Amber Lombok Beach Resort and Mandalika MotoGP tickets at the Grandstand Premium Zone A-Red.

This is not the first time this complaint has been made against Lili. On August 30, 2021, the Corruption Eradication Committee (KPK) Council stated that Lili was proven to have violated the code of ethics and code of conduct, so she was sentenced to severe sanctions.

She was found guilty of violating the code of ethics and behavioral guidelines in the form of abuse of influence as a KPK leader for personal interests and dealing directly with the party whose case is being handled by the KPK, namely the Mayor of Tanjungbalai M Syahrial.

For her actions, Lili was given a severe sanction in the form of cutting her basic salary by 40 percent for 12 months or IDR 1.848 million.
