JAKARTA - The Directorate of Certain Crimes, Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police, uncovered the act of mixing 3 kilograms of subsidized LPG gas. The mode is to inject advertisements into tubes measuring 12 to 50 kilograms or non-subsidized.

The behavior is suspected under Article 40 point 9 of Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation and Article 55 of Law Number 22 of 2001 concerning Oil and Gas, Article 8 paragraph 1 letter b and c concerning Consumer Protection.

"The suspects face up to 5 years in prison and a fine of IDR 2 billion", said Pipit.
