Ade Armando's Current Condition: He Can Chat And Laugh Now

JAKARTA - Social media activist Ade Armando is still being treated at the HCU (High Care Unit) to undergo treatment after being a victim of abuse in front of the House of Representatives (DPR) Building. However, the lecturer at the University of Indonesia was able to chat with the people who visited him.

Ade Armando's family representative, Nong Darol Mahmada, explained that his relative's condition was getting better. However, doctors still regularly monitor Ade's health development.

"In general, Ade's condition is good and he is still being treated in the HCU room and his health is continuously monitored by the team of doctors here," Nong told reporters at Siloam Hospital, Semanggi, South Jakarta, Wednesday, March 13.

"(So) until this afternoon Ade's condition is still like yesterday, in the HCU room there is no news of moving or anything, so he is still in the intensive room to continue to be monitored by a team of doctors," she continued.

Regarding communication with Ade, Nong revealed that the Youtuber had communicated well. Even started laughing with the family.

"If communication, thank God, Ade is good, we chat and laugh, we pray that Ade will get better soon," she explained.

Nong admitted that he had not dared to ask about the chronology of events during the April 11 demonstration. He was worried that the experience would traumatize Ade.

"Indeed yesterday there were investigators from the Polda Metro Jaya. But we asked especially from the family for light information, not details, and actually initially if possible the police should not ask questions. Because the process of arresting the perpetrator is needed so it is allowed but on condition lightly," she said.
