JAKARTA - The number of positive COVID-19 patients being treated at the Wisma Atlet Emergency Hospital (RSDC) in Kemayoran, Jakarta, decreased by 113 people.

Head of Information for the Joint Defense Area Command I TNI, Marine Colonel Aris Mudian said, with this reduction, the total number of patients at the Athlete House was 3,645 people.

"Inpatients at the Wisma Atlet Kemayoran Hospital Tower 4, 5, 6, and 7, as of Wednesday, amounted to 3,645 people, while the original number as of Tuesday was 3,758 people," he said in his statement, Jakarta, Antara, Wednesday, February 16. .

In the previous week, namely Wednesday, February 9, there were 5,028 COVID-19 patients who received hospitalization at Wisma Atlet Kemayoran. Thus, within a week, there was a significant decrease in the number of COVID patients at Wisma Atlet Kemayoran, reaching 1,383 people.

The recapitulation of COVID-19 patients receiving treatment at Wisma Atlet Kemayoran, starting from March 23, 2020 to February 16, 2022, is 151,806 people.

"Then, at the Galang Island KI Hospital, the number of inpatients increased by 51 people, after initially numbering 360 people, today it is 411 people," said Aris.

Furthermore, the number of inpatients at the Wisma Atlet Pademangan DC Hospital in Towers 8, 9, and 10 increased by 252 people. Thus, the number of patients which was originally 1,228 people, today has become 1,480 people.

On the same occasion, he also explained the development of the number of patients repatriating or returning Indonesian migrant workers (PMI), foreign service actors, and students being treated at the RSDC Rusun Pasar Rumput in Towers 1, 2, and 3. Previously, there were 331 additional patients.

"Inpatients at the DC RS Rusun Pasar Rumput, as of Wednesday, totaled 4,096 people, with details of 2,398 men and 1,698 women," he said.

On the other hand, at the RSDC Rusun Nagrak in Towers 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6, the number of inpatients decreased by 276 people to 2,404 people, from the previous number of 2,680 people on Tuesday, February 15.
