f. carry out tightening and monitoring of health protocols in three places, namely churches/places that function as places of worship during the 2021 Christmas celebration, shopping areas, and local tourist attractions, by enforcing policies in accordance with the Implementation of Level 3 Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM),
g. do:
1. ban on leave for State Civil Apparatus (ASN), Indonesian National Army (TNI), Indonesian National Police (Polri), state-owned enterprises (BUMN), and private employees during the Nataru holiday period;

f. cinemas can be opened with a maximum capacity limit of 50 percent with the implementation of stricter health protocols; and
g. eating and drinking activities in shopping centers/malls can be carried out with a maximum capacity limitation of 50 percent with the implementation of stricter health protocols.
