Sentenced To 6 Years In Prison, Harvey Moeis Asks Sandra Dewi's Assets To Be Returned

JAKARTA - Sandra Dewi's celebrity husband, Harvey Moeis, was finally sentenced to 6 years and 6 not imprisonment and also a fine of Rp. 210 billion for the alleged corruption case of PT. Tin.

Previously, this case also dragged the name of Sandra Dewi, who when the Attorney General's Office confiscated her, found an asset of Rp33 billion.

In response to this, Harvey Moeis' attorney, Marcella Santoso asked the panel of judges to return the assets that had been confiscated and said that the assets were the result of hard work in the entertainment world.

" Sandra's mother has 25 million followers on Instagram and does not require sensations," said Marcella Santoso at the Jakarta Corruption Court, Monday, December 23.

Then Marcella said that all of Sandra Dewi's assets had been recorded in the tax notification letter.

"He has reported all of his wealth in a tax notification letter," said Marcella.

Not to mention the passage agreement between Sandra Dewi and Harvey Moeis which further strengthens that the mother of two is not involved.

"The assets confiscated are private property in accordance with the lama agreement that separates the assets of the couple's property," said Marcella.

Marcella reiterated that in this case Sandra Dewi was a victim who was harmed by the confiscation of assets.
