Supreme Court Reads PK Decision 8 Convicted Of Vina Cirebon Case Today

JAKARTA The Supreme Court (MA) is scheduled to read out the verdict regarding the application for judicial review (PK) filed by eight convicts of the Vina Cirebon murder case, today, Monday, December 16.

The eight convicts who filed PK were Saka Tatal, Jaya, Supriyanto, Eka Sandi, Hadi Saputra, Eko Ramadhani, Sudirman, and Rivaldi Aditya Wardana.

"Yes, that's right (the PK decision will be read out today)," said the spokesman for the Supreme Court, Yanto, to the media.

Yanto said that the PK decision would be read out at around 12.30 WIB. According to him, the reading of the verdict is not only for one convict, but will cover all convicts who have submitted PK in this case.

"Yes, all cases submitted by PK will be read out," Yanto explained.

The PK submission by the convicts was carried out at different times. Saka Tatal was the first to apply for a PK, with the trial ending on August 1, 2024.

Meanwhile, seven other convicts filed for PK in the future, with the trial taking place from September 4 to September 29, 2024 at the Cirebon District Court.

The murder case of Vina Cirebon has attracted public attention from the start, and the PK decision from the Supreme Court is one of the important moments in the legal journey of the case.
