Head Of Diplontos, 8 Suspects Of Child Abuse In Boyolali Arrested By Police

BOYOLALI - Police arrested eight people in the aftermath of the case of playing judge in a minor in Boyolali Regency, Central Java.

The Head of the Boyolali Resort Police (Kapolres) AKBP Budi Adhy Buono said the eight suspects had the initials AG, SH, FM, MF, WT, MDR, TP, and RM.

He said the eight people had now been detained until December 31. According to him, the investigation process is still ongoing.

"We are committed to handling this case professionally and thoroughly," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Friday, December 13.

Related to this, his party is currently investigating the potential involvement of other perpetrators.

The police have also confiscated a number of evidences, including gray shorts, gray T-shirts with green trucks with the words Young Barisan Sang Mantan, blue tosca sarong, and green tang with yellow stripes.

The suspects were charged with Article 80 Paragraph (1) of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection and/or Article 170 of the Criminal Code concerning Beating.

"The maximum penalty is seven years in prison," he said.

Previously, a 12-year-old teenager, a resident of Banyusri, Wonosegoro District, Boyolali Regency, Central Java with the initials KM, became a victim of a neighboring judge's action after being accused of stealing underwear.

As a result of the incident, KM suffered injuries all over his body. In addition, from the results of the doctor's examination, KM suffered a broken nose, the blockage of blood vessels behind his head was the same on the temple. In addition, there is also a small crack in the head bone.
