Indosat And Nokia Collaborate To Expand 4G And 5G Networks In Indonesia's Remote Areas
JAKARTA - Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (Indosat or IOH) announced its partnership with Nokia to expand its 4G and 5G networks in various regions in Indonesia.
Through this collaboration, Indosat will use advanced technology from Nokia, such as radio multiband and baseband solutions to increase the reach and quality of services in strategic areas across the country.

Through the use of advanced technologies such as AI and machine learning, this collaboration is designed to optimize network investment and allocate resources efficiently in priority areas, provide operational efficiency, and provide the best experience for customers.
In addition, Indosat and Nokia plan to develop Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) in strategic areas to expand broadband and support digital inclusion in remote areas.
