JAKARTA - Mercedes-Benz is not only known for regular cars. They also have global luxury sub-brands, namely Maybach, which offers ultra luxury vehicles.
Maybach, as part of Mercedes-Benz, has been a sub-brand since 2015. The brand presents Mercedes-Benz-based cars with Mercedes-Maybach labels, offering high degree of luxury.

Karyanto Hardjosoemarto, Sales & Marketing Director of PT Mercedes-Benz Distribution Indonesia (MBDI), explained that the majority of Maybach car buyers in Indonesia are business owners.
"Maybach is the top product of our brand. Most of them are business owners," Kariyanto told VOI, on Tuesday, November 14.
In addition, Karyanto added that the majority of Maybach consumers are over 45 years of age or are adults.
"Aged by age, the majority are over 45 years old or adult consumers," he added.
One of the models presented in Indonesia is the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class or S 580 which is priced at Rp6,705 billion of The Road DKI Jakarta. In addition, the Maybach S 580 has specifications that are above average from other vehicles with V12 engines with a capacity of 5,980 cc of up to 630 dk of power and 1,000 Nm of torque, and can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/hour in 4.7 seconds even though it weighs almost 2.4 tons.
Furthermore, the Mercedes-Maybach GLS SUV or GLS 600 4 Matic+ has a 4.0 liter 8-cylinder engine that produces up to 557 dk of power and a 730 Nm torque, with the highest speed reaching 250 km/hour. This car is sold for IDR 7.92 billion Off The Road DKI Jakarta.
