A Total Of 901 Issuers Are Recorded On The IDX, 28 Others Queue For IPO Titles

PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (IDX) noted that there are still 28 companies in the queue (pipeline) for listing initial shares or Initial Public Offering (IPO), amidst the number of listed companies on the IDX which have reached 901 issuers.

Selama tahun ini, sebanyak 77 perusahaan telah mencatatkan saham perdana di IDI dengan dana dihimpun mencapai Rp53,84 triliun.

"Until now, there are 28 companies in the IDX share listing pipeline," said IDX Director of Corporate Assessment I Gede Nyoman Yetna as quoted by ANTARA, Friday, November 10.

Nyoman explained, as many as 11 out of 28 large-scale rice fields above Rp250 billion, 16 medium-scale rice companies between Rp50 billion to Rp250 billion, and one small-scale rice field company below Rp50 billion.

In terms of sectors, six non-primary consumer goods sector companies, four primary consumer goods sector companies, four industrial sector companies, and four infrastructure sector companies.

Then, three companies in the raw goods sector, three technology sector companies, two energy sector companies, one health sector company, and one transportation & logistics sector company.

As of November 10, 2023, 26 registered companies have issued rights issue on the IDX with a total value of IDR 37.3 trillion.

"The IDX noted that there are still 24 companies listed in the queue (pipeline) rights issue as of November 10, 2023," said Nyoman.

In addition, 99 emissions have been issued from 56 debt securities and sukuk (EBUS) publishers with funds raised reaching Rp110.4 trillion.

"As of November 10, 2023, there are still 16 emissions from 12 EBUS publishers who are in line (pipeline)," said Nyoman.

On November 8, 2023, the number of listed companies on the IDX officially reached 901 issuers, along with the arrival of 77 new listed companies throughout 2023.

The achievement of as many as 77 companies has recorded the record for the most new shares recorded in IDX history in a period of one year.
