JAKARTA - Excessive portion of eating can be one of the causes of excess sugar levels in the body which causes diabetes mellitus (DM). However, if you don't have time to make orak-arik eggs or ceplok eggs, Sri recommends replacing the eggs with other sources of protein.
"Drying milk, we certainly choose (the right temperature). If the weight is still ideal, then you can have full-cash milk. If those who have increased a bit, choose low-fat milk," said Sri.
At 10.00 and 16.00, a person can eat Selingan foods, such as green beans, fruit juices, fruit juices, or fresh fruits.
"Those who are boiled, reduce fried foods. If it's snacks (horses), don't go fried again," said Sri.
