Assets Of Former Head Of Makassar Customs Andhi Pramono Gratification Results Chased By KPK Through His Wife
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is looking for assets belonging to the former Head of Makassar Customs Andhi Pramono in several parts of Indonesia that are thought to have come from gratuities. This search was carried out by digging up information from his wife, Nurlina Burhanuddin.
Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri said Nurlina was questioned on Monday, October 23 yesterday. He is willing to undergo an examination even though he is close to Andhi.
"Through witness knowledge, an investigation was carried out regarding the alleged receipt and use of money from the suspect AP, including the purchase of various economical-valued assets spread across several regions in Indonesia," Ali told reporters in a written statement, Tuesday, October 24.
In addition, investigators also continue to investigate the receipt of money made by Andhi. This effort was made by examining the Director of PT Sungai Masinti Sejati, Sukur Laidi.
"Witnesses were present and their knowledge was explored, among others, related to the alleged receipt of money by the suspect AP from several private parties," he said.

The KPK has detained the former Head of Makassar Customs andhi Pramono. He is suspected of receiving gratuities in the form of a fee after becoming a broker for export-import entrepreneurs.
To make this acceptance, Andhi allegedly used an account belonging to his trusted person who was a businessman. They became nominees so that the gift to him was not detected.
It didn't stop there, Andhi was also suspected of committing a crime of money laundering (TPPU). This allegation arose because he disguised the purchase of assets using the names of other people, including his mother-in-law.
In this case, Andhi said that the KPK received a fee of up to Rp28 billion and the amount could continue to grow. The money was then purchased for various purposes such as diamonds, insurance policies, to houses in the Pejaten area, South Jakarta worth Rp20 billion.
In addition, he is also suspected of owning a collection of luxury cars and has now been confiscated. Three cars, namely Hummer type H3, a tsunami model, silver color along with 1 ignition key; one unit of a mini-type Morris brand car, a sedan model, red color along with 1 ignition key; and one Toyota brand car, roadster type, red passenger car model along with 2 ignition keys.
