Easy Ways To Track The Menstruation Cycle With Apple Watch
JAKARTA - Many women need menstrual cycle trackers so they know their menstrual patterns. However, not everyone wants to bother using additional applications on their cellphones and check the app at all times.
Luckily, Apple Watch has introduced a cycle tracking application, namely Cycle Tracking. This application is not as complicated as other tracking applications and users don't need to see applications on their phone at all times
Quoting from Makeuseof, Cycle Tracking apps can record all the symptoms and details of the menstrual cycle. Not only that, this application can also predict the next menstrual date and when the user will experience a fertile period.
Before using Cycle Tracking on Apple Watch, you need to first set the application via iPhone by opening the Health app. After that, tap Cycle Tracking and tap Cycle Tracking, then click start.
Before Cycle Tracking predicts the next menstrual date, you need to enter the last menstrual date and average duration of menstruation. Then, you need to answer some questions related to the menstrual cycle.
If all questions have been answered, you can enable the Period Tracking and Fertility Estimation feature. If so, you can switch to setting the app directly on Apple Watch.
On your smartwatch, press Digital Crown to see all apps and search for Cycle Tracking. To add symptoms during menstruation, you just need to tap Log.
