Vice President Of Working Visits To North Sumatra

JAKARTA - Vice President Ma'ruf Amin left for North Sumatra to make a series of working visits.

Using the Presidential Special Aircraft Boeing 737-400 TNI AU, the Vice President and Wury Ma'ruf Amin's Wife took off from the Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force Base, Jakarta, to Kualanamu International Airport, Deli Serdang Regency, at 13.00 WIB.

After flying for about two hours and twenty minutes, the Vice President is expected to arrive at Kualanamu International Airport, and will be welcomed by the Acting Governor of North Sumatra Hassanudin and members of the North Sumatra Province Regional Leadership Coordination Forum.

Furthermore, the Vice President accompanied by Acting Governor of North Sumatra Hassanudin is planned to go to Posyandu Balita Melur 4, Jl. Gang Karya I, Tumpatan Nibung Village, Batang Kuis District, Regency. Deli Serdang by car.

At that location, the Vice President will conduct a review and provide additional food aid packages to beneficiaries.

The following day, Thursday (19/10), the Vice President was scheduled to attend an event organized by Jam'iyah Batak Muslim Indonesia entitled Ikrar Menjut Keberagaman Nusantara dari Sumatera Utara, di GOR Serba Guna Pemerintah Provinsi Sumut, Jl. Williem Iskandar No. 9 Kenangan Baru, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang.

After the event, the Vice President is planning to make a visit to the Al-Kautsar Al-Akbar 2 Islamic Boarding School, Jl. Students No.267, Binjai, Medan City, to stay in touch with the leaders and students.
