5 Kg Of Crystal Methamphetamine Courier In Medan Sued 17 Years In Prison
The Medan District Attorney's Public Prosecutor (JPU) charged the defendant Riski Nanda (28) with 17 years in prison in a five kilogram narcotics courier case.
"Asking the panel of judges to sentence Riski Nanda to 17 years in prison and a fine of Rp. 1 billion, subsidiary to six months in prison," said Medan Public Prosecutor Risnawati Ginting at the Medan District Court, quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, October 17.

"The aggravating thing is that the defendant's actions do not support the government's program in eradicating narcotics," said Risnawati.
