Support Highway Security, Honda Holds A Market Revitalization Program And Traffic Rambu In Bali
JAKARTA - PT Honda Prospect Motor (HPM) handed over assistance for revitalizing road markings and dozens of traffic signs in the Bangli Regency square, to be precise on Jl Brigadier General Ngurah Rai No.30, Kawan, Bangli, Bali.
The handover was part of Honda's social responsibility campaign to support security for all road users, both motorists and pedestrians.
In this activity, PT HPM collaborated with the Bangli Regency government to revitalize road markings and traffic signs in the Bangli Regency Square, Bali. The revitalization itself consists of the placement of 4 km long road markings, 4 units of PJU Solar Cell, 12 m long Zebra Cross, and 4 units of crossing signs and 2 units of Strip Trap.
This road section is used by local residents every day as access to and from the center of Bangli Regency. Currently, the condition of the road does not have a good road markings, then it is also not equipped with zebra crossings and crossing signs.
Kotaro Shimizu, as President Director of PT HPM, said the program is also in line with the company's vision, namely 'Safety for Everyone', by prioritizing road safety by conducting several programs and presenting a series of features to its vehicles.
"We hope that the existence of road markings and road signs will minimize the possibility of accidents so that they can support the mobility of the surrounding community," said Shimizu in a statement received by VOI, Tuesday, October 17.
