Honda Presents Refreshment To Two Rebel Models In European Market
JAKARTA - Honda has released the latest model from the Rebel family which is marketed in Europe, CMX500 and CMX1100. Both models come with updates that include the latest colors.
It is known, CMX500 and CMX1100 are the best-selling motorcycles in the custom bike' segment on the Blue Continent in recent years.
Reported by Honda Europe's official website, Thursday, October 12, the two of them carried the design of a crudeer motorbike.
CMX500 Rebel represents young people who prioritize lifestyle and express individual identities, equipped with an LED lighting system with a retro round front light with a 175mm compact lens. Ultra-thin oval rear light and match number plates are positioned lower with a mini circular LED indicator measuring only 55mm diameter.
For the legs, the motor carries a 41 mm telescopic suspension system in front and a twin-shock Showa on the back. Vehicle control is supported by a dual-channel ABS braking system.
Equipped with a 471 cc 8 engine, the twin cylindrical parallel liquid-cooled valve is the same as CBR500R, CMX500 is capable of vomiting up to 46 dk of power and 43.3 Nm of torque. The machine is supported by the PGM-FI system in order to optimize fuel efficiency.
Moving to CMX1100 Rebel, this bike has the characteristics of resembling its smaller brother. However, the big bike has a unique contemporary style and is designed for users who want to ride their bike on a long journey.
Honda offers this bike with a seat height of up to 700 mm that can be arranged, so that high and short-posed riders can enjoy the driving sensation of this model.
This motorbike is equipped with 175mm headlights with lower tuning and has a classic design, but the lighting is through four LED flashes. The 55mm small circular indicator also has a classic look, but the LED oval rearlight and a clear lens give a contemporary impression.
The legs supported by the front suspension of 43 mm cartridge forks and piggyback shocks on the back of the second preload spring can be adjusted to the driver. The braking system is given four piston times 330 mm on the front and a single piston times 265 mm on the back of the motorcycle that has been integrated with ABS.
Using the same engine as CRF1100L Africa Twin, which is 1,084 cc SOHC 8 twin cylindrical parallel valves which make CMX1100 Rebel produce up to 87 dk of power and 98 Nm of torque.

Both motorbikes have updates on color selection, ranging from the CMX500 Rebel 2024 with the latest Seal Silver Metallic and Matt total Green Metallic, following the existing Black Metallic Mat Gunpowder. Meanwhile, for the S Edition is available with Pearl Shining Black colors.
Meanwhile, the latest CMX1100 Rebel comes with the latest colors consisting of Glint Wave Blue Metallic and Iridium Gray Metallic. Honda will also present the latest Gunmetal Black Metallic with bronze rims.
