BMW Officially Introduces X2 Latest Generation
JAKARTA - BMW has officially launched the latest generation X2 model. This car comes in a different style with two powertrain options and the latest technology.
In terms of appearance, this car really describes the characteristics of the BMW SUV. The front is equipped with a flaring kidney grip and a lamp that almost resembles his brother, X1.
Reported by Motor1, Wednesday, October 11, this car has a design that flows backward by creating a more compact silhouette just like a couple. X2 also comes with 21-inch rim optional.
The SUV body panel looks cleaner with a door handle that has been integrated with the vehicle's body. The side window is made slimmer by increasing stiffness which makes it look elegant and mature.
Having a capacity of five seats, BMW X2 has room more spacious than its predecessor. In the front seat, a sporty "M" emblem is provided.
Transferring to the dashboard, the German manufacturer presents BMW Curved Display and BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant sourced from the BMW iDrive 9 software, the same as the X1 M35i xDrive 2024 which was launched a few months ago.
The curved screen display consists of a 10.25-inch information screen and 10.7-inch infotaintmen that integrate with each other. The QuickSelect feature helps make it easier for users to make practical menu settings on screens.
Moving to the heart of the runway, X2 is provided with two options. First, a 2.0 liter 4-cylinder engine in the xDrive28i variant which produces 241 dk of power and 400 Nm of torque. This allows the car to run from 0 to 100 km/h within 6.2 seconds.
Then second, X2 M35i xDrive gets a more powerful engine that wastes 317 dk of power and 400 Nm of torque with acceleration 5.2 seconds faster from 0 to 100 km/hour. To optimize its performance, this variant is equipped with an exhaust exhaust exhaust system from M that adds to its fierce appearance.
