Claiming To Be Intel BIN, Fake Soldiers Dating Widows Then Take Two Honda Vario Motor Units Away
Yuda Waskita (37) a fake soldier managed to deceive her widowed lover, with the initials WA (40) a resident of Tanah Sereal, Tambora, West Jakarta. The victim WA was deceived by the perpetrator who claimed to be an agent of the State Intelligence Agency (BIN). As a result of the incident, the victim suffered losses in the form of two motorbikes being taken away by the perpetrators.
The victim and the perpetrator have known each other since a year ago. They were in a dating relationship for about three months.
Tambora Police Chief Kompol Putra Pratama said the first incident occurred at a boarding house belonging to the victim in Tanah Sereal Village.
"The perpetrator's mode of pretending to take the motorbike to the repair shop is for repair. After the motorbike and documents were brought, the perpetrator then disappeared," said Kompol Putra when confirmed by VOI, Wednesday, October 11.
After 1 month had passed, apparently the perpetrator suddenly came again to the victim's boarding house to commit a second fraud. The perpetrator again borrowed another motorbike along with the documents.
"The reason is that the motorbike mode is used to retrieve the first motorbike that has been repaired," he said.

But again, the victim was deceived for the second time. After the motorbike was handed over, the perpetrator disappeared again. Furthermore, the victim reported the fraud and embezzlement incident he experienced to the Tambora Police.
"The motorbike that was taken away was a black Honda Vario 150 motorcycle and a white Honda Vario 125 motorcycle, a total loss of around Rp. 30 million," he said.
The suspect Yuda Waskita was arrested by the Tambora Police Criminal Investigation Unit in the Ciputat area, South Tangerang on Tuesday, October 10.
As a result of his actions, Yuda Waskita (37) was charged with Article 372 in conjunction with 378 of the Criminal Code for Fraud and Embezzlement with a penalty of four years in prison.
