Sibak Misuse Of Subsidized Fuel, Police Secure 8 Tons Of Biosolar In Bandar Lampung
The Lampung Police Ditreskrimsus together with the Indonesian Oil and Gas BPH team carried out control of the misuse of subsidized fuel oil (BBM) in Lampung, precisely in the Bandar Lampung City area.
"Armed with information, Ditreskrimsus investigators conducted an investigation on Thursday (October 5) at around 10:00 WIB, and joint officers visited the crime scene (TKP) of a subsidized biosolar fuel storage warehouse in Gang Karya Rajabasa, Rajabasa District, Bandarlampung City," said Head of Public Relations of the Lampung Police, Kombes Pol Umi Fadillah, in Bandar Lampung, Friday, October 6, confiscated by Antara.
He explained that during an investigation by the team, it was found that there was a blue Mitsubishi Canter truck with a BE 8146 ZH number with a capacity of 10,000 liters (10 tons), which was parked in the warehouse and was loading a suspected biosolar type of fuel of around 8,000 liters (8 tons).
"After tracing, the warehouse owner is HH, where the activity of misuse of biosolar fuel has been going on since early March 2023, while the owner of a truck is RC alias KA," he said.

The biosolar type of fuel comes from buying to the castings who buy biosolar fuel at gas stations around Bandarlampung City, which is then accommodated in several tedmons or tempu measuring 1,000 liters.
Umi explained that the biosolar fuel that had been successfully loaded into the tank was sent (dismantled) at a coal mining company (PT GMT) located in the Lilin River, Musi Banyuasin Regency as much as 8,000 liters.
For their actions, they are suspected of having violated the provisions as referred to in Article 55 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 22 of 2001 concerning Oil and Gas as amended in Article 40 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 of 2023 concerning Stipulation of Government Regulations in Lieu of Law Number 2 of 2022 concerning Job Creation into law.
