Success In Gorontalo And Manado, Move It Fest Held In Kupang 7 October
JAKARTA - Move It Fest, the music festival initiated by EDETIMUR is ready to continue its journey to Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara, after successfully holding it in Gorontalo and Manado in 2022.
This third move It Fest will be held on October 7 starting at 02.00 WIT to 11.00 WIT at Jend Square. Ricky Sitohang Polda NTT
Similar to the previous two events, the Move It Fest is still on its main mission to support local musicians in Eastern Indonesia to be able to appear on the big stage, as well as make local people proud of local musicians.
"In each region, usually promoters bring bigger artists to make them more crowded. But if we are different, we actually bring in local musicians, we present local heroes," said Evan as founder of IDETIMUR during a press conference in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta on Monday, September 25.
Later, local Kupang musicians will play on the same stage as Indonesian Eastern regional musicians and national-scale musicians.
Although local musicians who will appear do not have experience playing on the big stage, Evan ensures that there is no inequality in terms of the quality of performers. He said local musicians who enter the line-up will train hard to provide quality performances on stage.
"We encourage them (local musicians) to be able to join the standards of national musicians. That's why they have been training three months before performing every day. They are enthusiastic about welcoming this Move It Fest," said Evan.
Meanwhile, musicians who have confirmed their appearance at the Move It Fest Kupang include Mario G. Klau, Ekko Show, Silent Open Up, Wizz Baker, Glen Sebastian, Mukarakat, DJ Desa, Tesa Idol, Jacson Zeran, Ryan Junior, Boss Vhino and several other eastern musicians.
Ekko Show, a rapper who is already known in the national scope, said that he would appear to collaborate with local Kupang musicians.

"For Kupang, I will collaborate with local musicians Kupang and musicians from other regions as well. There are three local musicians and two from Ambon," said Ecko Show.
Ekko said the existence of a musician who is already known nationally, fully supports the mission promoted by IDETIMUR and Move It Fest to give local musicians a bigger stage.
This support can be seen from the concert tickets that are made free. Not only that, Mario G. If it is known that he is willing not to be paid to appear.
"It's not just the ticket of Rp. 0, the national performer, Mario is also paid Rp. 0," said Ekko.
Even though tickets are made free, viewers who want to watch Move It Fest must make ticket reservations through the moveit.id website.
So far, around 14,000 tickets have been sold from the planned 15 thousand tickets sold. Seeing the enthusiasm of the people of Kupang, this festival is planned to increase audience capacity.
"In Gorontalo, we present 16 thousand spectators, and in Manado we have successfully presented 34 thousand spectators. For Kupang, the remaining thousand tickets are from the 15 thousand tickets we sell. However, we plan to add tickets to a few thousand more," concluded Evan.
