South Lampung Police Arrest 2 Robbers Whose Caps Are Victims
South Lampung Resort Police (Polres) personnel, Lampung, arrested two perpetrators of violent theft with the initials S (38) and T (38), in Taman Sari Village, Ketapang District.
"It's true, Monday (28/8) night at around 18.00 WIB, Tekab 308 Presisi Polres South Lampung and Polsek Meditation have succeeded in securing two curas perpetrators, namely S (38) and T (38)," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of South Lampung Police AKP Hendra Saputra as reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, August 29.
He explained, on Wednesday (23/8), at around 02.00 WIB, four unknown people broke into the door of a wooden shop owned by Salimah (47) in Taman Sari Village, Ketapang District.
"After that, the perpetrator took various types of warung merchandise, including cigarettes, rice, and cash," he said.
Then the perpetrator took the contents of the shop in the form of dozens of cigarettes of various brands, and rice and instant noodles belonging to the victim.
"Five packs of Surya 16 cigarettes, three packs of Hits Mild cigarettes, five packs of Kedai Kopi cigarettes, three packs of Dji Sam Soe cigarettes, five packs of ST cigarettes, two sacks of rice weighing 10 kg, 1 box of Indomie, and Rp80 thousand in cash," he also said.
Not only that, the perpetrator entered the victim's house again through the front room window, and the perpetrator smothered the victim's parents by tying the victim's feet and hands and covering his eyes and mouth with a cloth.
"In the victim's house, the perpetrator again took two pairs of shoes belonging to the victim and his son, Rp. 3 million in cash, two Samsung brand cellphones and one Vivo brand cellphone," he said.
As a result of the incident, the victim suffered a material loss of around Rp. 10 million and reported to the SPKT of the Meditation Police.

Receiving the report, the police arrested the perpetrator with the initials S who is a recidivist in Ketapang Village, following the arrest of the perpetrator with the initials T in Bangunrejo Village, Ketapang District. Meanwhile, the perpetrators for the initials R and D are still being searched and chased.
From the suspect's hands, evidence of the crime was also secured, namely a black bag belonging to the victim's grandson, a black raffia rope thread, a yellow raffia rope, a white cloth thread, and a green trousers.
"Then one piece of children's clothes, one unit of Samsung brand cellphone, one box of white Vivo Y20 cellphone, one glass window, one small crowbar, one Honda Supra Fit motorcycle, a pair of black shoes, two Lovely brand handbody lotions, and one packaged cooking oil," he said.
For his actions, the suspect was charged with using Article 365 of the Criminal Code, with a maximum imprisonment of 9 years.
