KPK Alleges Former Head Of Makassar Customs And Excise Is Suspected Of Holding Other People's ATM Cards Containing Gratification Money
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) suspects that the former Head of Makassar Customs Andhi Pramono holds the gratuity proceeds using someone else's account. He also holds an ATM card to facilitate transactions.
This allegation was investigated by a witness, namely an entrepreneur named Radiman. Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri said the examination was carried out on Monday, August 28.
"The witness was present and his knowledge was investigated, among others, related to the alleged use of bank accounts and deposits on the orders of the suspect AP," Ali told reporters, Tuesday, August 29.
"It is also suspected that the bank account book and ATM card were held directly by the suspect AP," he continued.
In addition, investigators also examined the Chancellor of Bandar Lampung University Yusuf S. Barusman. From the examination, it was investigated about cooperation and fees from the results.
"The witness was present and his knowledge was re-explored, among others, related to the alleged business cooperation and the profit fee received by the suspect AP," said Ali.

The KPK previously detained the former Head of Makassar Customs andhi Pramono. He is suspected of receiving gratuities in the form of a fee after becoming a broker for export-import entrepreneurs.
To make this acceptance, Andhi allegedly used an account belonging to his trusted person who was a businessman. They became nominees so that the gift to him was not detected.
It didn't stop there, Andhi was also suspected of committing a crime of money laundering (TPPU). This allegation arose because he disguised the purchase of assets using the names of other people, including his mother-in-law.
Andhi is said that the KPK received a fee of up to Rp28 billion and the amount could continue to grow. The money was then purchased for various purposes such as diamonds, insurance policies, to houses in the Pejaten area, South Jakarta worth Rp20 billion.
