BTN Priority Successfully Wins Award From Asian Banking And Finance
JAKARTA - PLUS services from BTN Priority which were specially presented for Priority Customers from PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BTN Priority) successfully won an international award entitled "Wealth Management Platform of The Year" at the 2023 Retail Banking Awards organized by Asian Banking and Finance, a prestigious business and financial magazine based in Singapore.
The PLUS service from BTN Priority to winning the award is because it is considered to meet the assessment criteria, namely innovation and uniqueness, effectiveness and positive impact, and dynamic. Director of Distribution and Funding Bank BTN Jasmin said PLUS services from BTN Priority are loyalty platforms based on websites and cellphones that are easy to use and specially designed for BTN Priority Customers. The service aims to translate special values of BTN Priority, namely Defining Your Priority.
With PLUS, BTN Priority seeks to increase closeness to customers, loyalty, and differentiation in the Priority Banking market. PLUS from BTN Priority provides freedom for Customers to be able to determine for themselves the meaning of Priority with the flexibility of the choice of benefits & privileges that can be adjusted to the preferences of their respective customers.
"This Wealth Management Platform of The Year award is a trigger for Bank BTN to continue to innovate to provide the best for our priority customers," Jasmin explained after receiving the award at the 2023 Retail Banking Awards at Marina Baytur, Singapore, Tuesday, July 25.
Currently, there are six benefits and privileges that BTN Priority Customers can enjoy through PLUS services. Starting from Wealth Management Offers, Loyalty Reward Choices, Banking Privileges, BTN Priority Concierge Service, Committee Committee, to various Special Day Gifts.
These various features can also be accessed and enjoyed by Customers according to the membership level at PLUS. There are four levels of membership, namely Gold, Platinum, Titanium, and Prime which are distinguished based on the total customer management funds starting from IDR 500 million.
One of the latest breakthroughs from PLUS is fast and easy access to Airport Lounge only by scanning the QR code and without the need for a Debit Card swipe. With this feature, BTN Priority Customers only need less than 60 seconds to enjoy Airport Lounge services at 38 Airport Lounge in collaboration with BTN Priority, both domestic and international departures throughout Indonesia.
Meanwhile, since its launch until June 2023, PLUS services from BTN Priority have recorded nearly 14,000 visitors. PLUS from BTN Priority has also been used to carry out the loyal reward and benefit recovery process more than 37 thousand times.
With the convenience and privilege of PLUS, since its appearance in February 2022, BTN Priority has recorded an increase in the total number of customers to 34,522 customers in June 2023, from the original 32,135 in February 2022. As of June 2023, BTN Priority has also managed to raise managed funds of IDR 42.3 trillion.

This wealth Management Platform of The Year has previously been won by several well-known foreign banks in Indonesia such as Citibank (2019), Commonwealth Bank (2020 and 2021), and HSBC (2022). This year is the first time BTN Bank as one of the BUMN banks in Indonesia through BTN Priority has won this prestigious award.
