Perpetrators Of Stabbing Australian Citizens At Fox & Rabbit Bar Kuta Wanted By Police

DENPASAR - Denpasar Police Team and Kuta Police are investigating the stabbing of Australian citizens LAK (43) until serious injuries.

"It is true that there has been an incident of persecution and currently the case is still being handled by the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Kuta Police and the Denpasar Police Satreskrim," said Denpasar Police Head of Public Relations Section AKP Ketut Sukadi in Denpasar as reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, July 18.

Sukadi said the alleged abuse case occurred at Fox & Rabbit Bar and Restaurant, Jalan Camplung Tanduk, Seminyak, Kuta, Badung on July 14, 2023 at around 21.00 WITA.

Based on temporary data compiled by investigators, the perpetrator of the persecution was allegedly carried out by an Australian foreigner named NAH.

The disclosure of the case was first reported by an employee at the bar where the incident took place named Kadek Hari Surya Adnyana (26).

Surya reported the incident of mistreatment of the Kuta Police which was allegedly carried out by a foreigner using a sharp weapon with the victim who is also a foreigner.

After receiving the report, the Head of the Kuta Police, Kompol Yogie Pramagita, directly led members to go to the crime scene and conduct a crime scene investigation.

Until now, officers have examined several witnesses, both the complainant and the witness at the TKP. The victim himself is currently still undergoing intensive treatment at the hospital.

"The victim of LAK is currently undergoing intensive treatment at the BMC Kuta Hospital, Badung because he suffered a sharp weapon stab wound to his left abdomen," said Sukadi.

Sukadi said the perpetrators are currently still being investigated by the Kuta Police Criminal Investigation Unit together with the Denpasar Police Satreskrim.
