Five Times Stealing A Motorbike In Cengkareng, A Man From South Sumatra Arrested In Boarding Houses
JAKARTA - DAM (20) and DPP (19) two motorbike theft perpetrators were arrested by the police at an boarding house in the Duri Kosambi area, Cengkareng District, West Jakarta. The two suspects from South Sumatra often act in West Jakarta.
Cengkareng Police Chief Kompol Hasoloan Situmorang said the arrests of the two perpetrators began with a report by a victim with the initials J, who lost his motorbike when it was parked in the yard.
"The victim (J) then reported to the Cengkareng Police, then we conducted an investigation," said Hasoloan when confirmed, Tuesday, June 27.
Based on CCTV information and instructions from witnesses, the two perpetrators were later arrested at a boarding house in the Duri Kosambi area. During the arrest, the police confiscated a number of evidences in the form of five stolen motorbikes and a letter T key.

"Based on the examination, the perpetrators have acted five times in the Cengkareng and Kalideres areas," he said.
To the police, the two perpetrators admitted that they were determined to take the crime to meet their daily needs.
The suspect with the initials DPP is a recidivist of a similar case. As a result of their actions, the two perpetrators were charged with Article 363 of the Criminal Code with a maximum prison sentence of 7 years.
