Meta Brings Two New Games Per Month Through Headset Quest Subscription Service
JAKARTA - Meta has officially announced a Virtual Reality (VR) subscription service dubbed Meta Quest +. With this, users will have access to two new games each month.
Users who want to subscribe have to spend 7.99 US dollars (IDR 119 thousand) per month or 59.99 US dollars (IDR 899 thousand) per year.
"Now you can explore less and play more with Meta Quest+, your new VR subscription service," Meta said.
Available from today, the service can be used for Quest 2 and Quest Pro headsets, and is also compatible with Quest 3 when it launches later this year.
After subscribing, Meta Quest+ will provide access to two selected VR game titles on the first day of each month.
In July, Meta Quest+ will launch with the game Pistol Whip from Cloudhead Games and the 1995 Pixel Ripped from the Arvore Immersive Experiences.
Meanwhile, in August, the service will feature two other games, Walkabout Mini Golf from Mighty Coconut and Mothergunship: Forge from Terrible Posture Games.
All of these games can remain accessible as long as they stay subscribed to Meta Quest+, and if they are canceled but choose to subscribe back in the future, they will get access to all game titles from the initial paid subscription period.
