FPI Demo Disbands, Masses Move To Coordinating Minister For Political, Legal And Security Affairs Office
JAKARTA After the Islamic Brotherhood Front (FPI) demonstration, the Jalan Lapangan Banteng Barat section, to be precise in front of the Ministry of Religion (Kemenag RI) Office, Sawah Besar District, Central Jakarta, began to gradually proceed smoothly even though it was a little congested because of the queue of passing vehicles.
From VOI's observation at around 15:40 WIB, traffic flow gradually returned to normal around the RI Ministry of Religion Office area.
The participants of the 266 FPI demonstration began to disperse at 15.15 WIB from the Indonesian Ministry of Religion Office.
The crowd dispersed and continued their demonstrations at the office of the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs, Gambir District, Central Jakarta. Meanwhile, there was also no visible security forces guarding the entrance to the Indonesian Ministry of Religion Office.
Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Komarudin said his party would divert roads in the Jalan Merdeka Barat area.

"For Medan Merdeka Barat, temporarily transferred, the (area) of the Ministry of Religion (closure) is still situational," said Komarudin when confirmed, Monday, June 26.
Kombes Komarudin asked the Islamic Brotherhood Forum (FPI) which demanded the disbandment of the Al-Zaytun Islamic Boarding School and asked Panji Gumilang to be arrested to protest in an orderly manner.
Hundreds of masses of 266 action then returned to carry out a long march towards the Office of the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs to continue the oration.
