Consistent, PPI Again Helps MSME Partners Through Food Stall Surgery Programs
JAKARTA - PT Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia (PPI), member of ID Food, through the Social and Environmental Responsibility Program (TJSL) conducted a monitoring of Mitra Warung Pangan stalls. This Warung Surgeon program was carried out to help Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) entrepreneurs who become Mitra Warung Pangan.
Dengan memiliki catatan transaksi yang baik, dan konsistensi berbelanja melalui platform Warung Pangan yang dimiliki oleh PPI, Warung Mbak Tatiek yang berlokasi di daerah Kampung Makassar, Jakarta Timur, mendapatkan kesempatan untuk dilakukan renovasi.
Symbolically, the handover of the results of the shop renovation was carried out by the Head of the Corporate Secretariat of PPI Noverita Anggraeny and the Head of the Food Commodity & Consumer Product Division of PPI Andre Manuhutu, on Thursday, June 22.
Kepala Sekretariat Perusahaan PPI, Noverita Anggraeny, mengungkapkan bahwa program ini dilakukan sebagai bentuk apresiasi dan dukungan PPI untuk UMKM yakni Mitra Warung Pangan dalam menggerakkan perekonomian. Kegiatan ini pun sudah dijalankan oleh PPI secara rutin di setiap tahunnya oleh PPI.
"This program is run as support in helping realize the Sustainable Development Goal number 8, namely decent work and economic growth. And we do this work regularly every year," explained Noverita.
Noverita also hopes that the Food Warung Surgeon assistance program that is run can help MSME partners who also contribute to company activities. Cooperation that is mutually beneficial between MSME partners and companies is expected to continue to exist so as to create a better ecosystem in the future.
"With the look of the stall that has been beautified, we hope to increase sales from Mitra Warung Pangan so as to create an increase in the economy," he explained.
Meanwhile, the owner of Warung Mbak Tatiek, Hartati, expressed his gratitude to PPI for renovating through the Warung Mitra Warung Pangan Surgeon program. He considered that the Food Stall platform run by PPI could continue to run well even in the midst of competition between various existing platforms.
Hartati revealed that she has joined as a Mitra Warung Pangan since September 2020, and is still using it until now. He hopes that the price of the product offered will be more attractive.

"Hopefully on this Warung Pangan platform there will be more discounts than prices that are also increasingly competitive," Hartati hoped.
In addition to the price of the product offered, Hartati also expressed her loyalty to using the Warung Pangan platform, because of the response that was always given by sales personnel from PPI.
"If we have a complaint, we will always be given a response, if there is any input we will also be heard. There is always a response," he explained.
For information, currently more than 90,000 stalls have registered as Mitra Warung Pangan since it was launched in August 2020. This registration can be done by shop and food MSME players by downloading the Warung Pangan platform on ios and Android.
Registered partners can also enjoy various services ranging from selling food and consumption products to various features that help operate stalls and merchandise such as cashier features and inventory management on the Warung Pangan platform.
