Accenture Announces IDR 45 Trillion Investment In AI Technology
JAKARTA - Accenture announced that it will invest US$3 billion or around Rp.45.1 trillion over the next three years to improve the Data & Artificial Intelligence division.
The company says this investment aims to help Accenture clients in various industries to quickly and responsibly advance and use artificial intelligence to achieve growth, efficiency, and sustainability.
"We see that our clients have an interest in all AI fields, therefore we are making substantial investments in the Artificial Data & Intelligence Division. With this investment we will be able to help our clients take advantage of the technology in a responsible and intelligent manner, as well as create clear business case studies," said ACcenture chairman and CEO Julie Sweet in a statement received on Monday, June 19.
Accenture's investment decision is also based on more than a decade of personal experience and expertise in the field of artificial intelligence. This experience includes more than 1,450 patent rights and applications that are being processed worldwide, as well as hundreds of large-scale client solutions, ranging from marketing to retail, security and manufacturing.
Accenture has even embedded artificial intelligence technology in its service delivery approach, encouraging efficiency, insight, and accelerating value for thousands of clients through flagship platforms in markets such as myWizard, SynOps, and MyNav.
The announcement also includes a number of investments that Accenture will make to develop new strategies, operating models, business cases, and new digital core architectures needed to take advantage of artificial intelligence innovations, such as:
