11 Rudaksa Perpetrators Arrested In Parigi Moutong, There Are Teachers And Police

After receiving a report from the victim's mother, the police immediately moved. The police examined the witness and then named 10 people who initially became suspects.
Early May 2023, the Parigi Moutong Resort Police arrested five suspects. The five are MT (36), ARH (40), AR (26), AK (47), and HR (43). Of the five perpetrators, one is a teacher and the other is a village head.
Looking at the suspect's profession, they should protect, but instead make psychological and physical wounds to the victim.
The police did continue to investigate and hunt down the perpetrators, causing two other suspects, namely FN and DD, to be arrested. One of the two suspects is known to be the lover of victim R.
At the same time, the police also questioned an individual member of the National Police with the rank of Ipda with the initials MKS who served in the local area. This was discovered after investigators heard the victim's statement that the member of the Police was also involved.
To speed up the arrest of the case, the Regional Police took over the case. The police continue to hunt down the people suspected of being involved in the heinous act.
On June 3, 2023, two fugitive suspects were arrested, as a result of police cooperation in other areas. Both were secured in East Kalimantan Province and North Kalimantan Province.
At the same time, an individual member of the National Police with the rank of Ipda with the initials MKS was also named a suspect. This is evidence of the statement of the Central Sulawesi Police Chief Inspector General Pol. Agus Nugroho, who ensured that his institution acted professionally in handling immoral cases against minors in Parigi Moutong Regency.
The Brimob personnel were immediately detained at the Central Sulawesi Police Headquarters.
"We named him a suspect tonight, then examined with the status of a suspect and then immediately detained," he explained.
Agus said that MKS had also been dismissed or dismissed from his duties since the initial examination was carried out.
Based on the evidence and testimony of witnesses, the police finally determined people who were strongly suspected of raping the victim. There are police officers, village heads, and teachers. The three professions that should be nurturing, not even insulting underage girls.
Police continue to track down the perpetrators. Two weeks later or on June 9, 2023, one person who was on the Central Sulawesi Regional Police's wanted list (DPO) was finally arrested. He was arrested by the police in Southeast Sulawesi Province, Kendari City.

In just about a month, the police managed to arrest 11 suspects.
"We are all concerned about the occurrence of this incident, which involves children as victims. We agree that children have a strategic role as the next generation of our nation and state so that we must protect children's rights," said the Central Sulawesi Police Chief.
A total of 11 suspects will be charged with Article 81 paragraph 2 of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 17 of 2016 concerning Government Amendments in Lieu of Law Number 1 of 2016 concerning the Second Amendment to Law Number 23 of 2022 concerning Child Protection.
The Central Sulawesi Police Chief's commitment to implement this article was appreciated by the Minister of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (PPPA) I Gusti Ayu Bintang Darmawati who visited victim R, at the Undata Hospital in Palu City, Friday, June 9.

Currently, the police are still completing the case files before being transferred to the prosecutor's office.
Lawyer Hotman Paris Hutapea officially provided legal assistance to R. Hotman 911 Team Tadulako's Home of Law, getting power from the victim's parents. Five lawyers were assigned to handle this case.
They will also coordinate with the police to oversee the immoral case.
Meanwhile, the Indonesian Child Protection Agency (KPAI) invites residents of Central Sulawesi Province to protect and fulfill the rights of immoral victims that occurred in Parigi Moutong Regency.
"Protect together and fulfill their rights, R's child is a victim of sexual crimes with persuasion. Hopefully no one will become a victim," said LPAI General Chair Seto Mulyadi who accompanied the Minister of PPPA visiting immoral victims who were being treated at the Undata Palu Hospital.
Kak Seto stated that the protection and fulfillment of the rights of victims is the duty and responsibility of the government and the police, including the community.
Kak Seto supports the legal process handled by the Central Sulawesi Regional Police, while the government must focus on assisting and restoring the health of victims, both physical and psychological health.
He also invited the people in this province to massively campaign to stop violence against women and children.
The condition of the victim is improving
The lecherous behavior of the men caused the uterus R to be infected and threatened to be removed. After a post-mortem at the Anentoko Parigi Hospital, a torn wound was found on the girl's vital organs.
However, after being treated for several weeks, R's condition improved. According to information stated by the Director of the Undata Palu General Hospital, Herry Mulyadi, it was possible that the operation to remove the uterus was canceled.
"The reaction of the drug given is quite good. We waited 3 weeks for treatment and then a re-examination was carried out, if the results showed healing, the operation was cancelled," he said.
According to him, the team of doctors considered having surgery, due to the patient's age factor. If surgery is carried out, there will be negative effects that will affect the patient's immune system.
Undata Palu Hospital has also involved psychologists and psychiatrists for patient trauma recovery. R's condition continues to improve.
Now, the 11 homeless men must be held accountable for their depraved acts.
