14-Year-Old Silat Coach Becomes A Child Faced With Law In The Case Of The Death Of A Junior High School Student In Klaten
JATENG - Police are investigating the case of the death of a student with the initials AP allegedly experiencing violence while practicing pencak silat in Wonosari District, Klaten Regency, Central Java
Head of Public Relations of the Klaten Police, Iptu Abdillah, said that in this case the police had named a 14-year-old boy with the initials ZR who was the pencak silat coach as a child in conflict with the law.
According to him, the determination of ZR as a child in conflict with the law was based on the examination of 11 witnesses, processing the crime scene, and the autopsy results of the Bhayangkara Hospital in Yogyakarta.
"The victim allegedly received two kicks and two punches to the chest and stomach by ZR," he said in a press release, Wednesday, May 31, which was confiscated by Antara.
When he fell, he continued, the victim's head was also thought to have been formed on the floor.
From the autopsy results, it is known that the victim died weakly and suffered a broken ribs, as well as bruises on his lungs.

The unfortunate incident that occurred on May 29, 2023, began when the victim and five of his friends practiced routine pencak silat in the courtyard of the Baiturrahman Mosque.
After warming up and putting up the victim's horses with several of his friends who were practicing silat, they got hit and kicked from ZR
After the incident the victim was rushed to PKU Muhammadiyah Delanggu Hospital, but his life could not be saved.
For his actions, ZR was charged with Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning child protection.
