In addition, the TNI leadership also prohibits it because it damages the soul, mentality of the nation's children," he said.

In addition, said Asril, 75 kg of crystal methamphetamine and 40,000 pills of ecstasy were very large in damaging the sustainability of the nation's children, the two defendants had delivered 7 kg of methamphetamine, the defendants ignored the values that the assembly and the Sapta Marga oathed in complying with the leadership regulations and ignored them.

"Meanwhile, the mitigating factors between the two defendants were honest, admitted their mistakes, and had volunteered for operational duties at the Republic of Indonesia," said Asril.

The presiding judge said that the confiscated evidence was confiscated by the state and destroyed. After listening to the verdict, the panel of judges gave the authority, the two defendants and legal advisers (PH) to think about it, appeal or accept the verdict for seven days.
