To add an emoji icon to the iPhone status bar, you must use Apple's Focus feature, a feature that replaces Do Not Disturb mode when iOS 15 is re-launched in 2021. To do so, follow the following steps:

Once you create it, you need to enable a new Focus mode from Control Center. To do this, slide down from the upper right corner (or slide up from the bottom if your iPhone has the Home button) then tap Focus and select your new Focus mode.
