Report Of Alleged Hengky Kurniawan Charges For Rotation Of Positions In West Bandung Regency Government Will Be Processed By KPK

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) said reports related to illegal levies on the rotation of positions in the West Bandung Regency Government (Pemkab) would be processed. The allegation that dragged the West Bandung Regent, Hengky Kurniawan, has been officially received by the Public Complaints Section (Dumas).

"After we check, it is true that there is a report, of course we will verify, review, coordinate with the reporting party," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri to reporters, Monday, May 15.

This coordination is intended so that the report is in accordance with operational standards. "Including the material, of course, is it the authority of the KPK," said Ali.

"There will be a long process first," he continued.

Even so, Ali ensured that every report submitted would be followed up. The KPK also appreciates the steps taken by the public who dares to report allegations of corruption.

"We will definitely follow up later, then there will be communication and coordination because that is what was done between the KPK and its reporting parties," he said.

Previously, West Bandung Regent Hengky Kurniawan was reported to the KPK by West Bandung Youth Activist. He is suspected of asking for money during rotation or transfer of position.

"We residents of West Bandung are pushing for investigations and investigations that will be carried out by the KPK on our report regarding the occurrence of rotational, mutational and promotional corruption carried out by West Bandung Regent Hengky Kurniawan and his kroniawan," said West Bandung Youth Activist Chair Bilal Al Fariz at the KPK's Red and White building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Thursday, May 11.

Apart from Hengki, it is suspected that other officials participated in the game. However, Bilal did not want to elaborate because all names had been submitted in the report submitted to the KPK Public Complaints Section.

He just said, there were a number of job rotations that did not comply with the rules. For example, from the executive staff of promotions to echelon 4A, such as the Section Head (Kasi) or Sub Division Head (Subag) who was promoted directly to echelon 3B or 3A.
