Waskita Beton Suplai Paku Bumi Worth IDR 99.59 Billion To Pembangunan Proyek Pengamanan Pantai PIK
JAKARTA - PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk (WSBP) supplies pile or earth nail products with a contract value of Rp99.59 billion for the construction of the Coastal Security Project at Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), Jakarta.
Waskita Beton Precast's VP Corporate Secretary, Fandy Dewanto said the product supply was sent directly from the Precast Plant WSBP Karawang. Currently, the production process of the pile has reached 48.4 percent with a total of 462 sticks out of a total of 955 lines ordered.
"The progress of this project supply has reached 27.2 percent. We are sending products in stages," said Fandy in his official statement in Jakarta, quoted from Antara, Saturday, May 13.
The 6-pack 3 phase beach safety project has been supplied by WSBP since early March 2023. The pile-pun product has a diameter of 800 millimeters (mm) with a length of 24 meters (m) without connection, accompanied by additional CT Joint accessories to prevent sea water permeability through the pile gap, where the CT connector system uses CT Joint grouting concrete.
The use of piles or earth nails in coastal safety projects is a special thing to do. Fandy explained that generally coastal safety projects use the Corrugated Concrete Sheet Piles (CCSP), but because PIK beach safety requires a fairly large crack moment or moment, it takes a pile of CT Joint to fulfill the required moments and the function of the embankment.
Furthermore, Fandy added that WSBP continues to prioritize the principles of good corporate governance or Good Corporate Governance in carrying out every business activity carried out, and still complying with regulations in accordance with applicable laws.
