Bandar Lampung Prosecutor's Office Receives Delegation Of Suspects Of Dissolution Of Worship At Camp Daud Christian Church

The Bandarlampung District Attorney (Kejari) received the second phase of the transfer of the suspect to the disbandment of worship at the Camp Daud Christian Church (GKKD) some time ago.

"The suspect has the initials WK, a resident of Rajabasa, Bandarlampung," said Kajari Bandarlampung, Helmi Hasan, quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, May 11.

The suspect, who is the Head of RT 12 Rajabasa Jaya, was transferred by Lampung Police investigators to undergo the next trial process.

"The suspect was transferred to the court for further processing of the files and transferred to the court," he said.

In this case, he continued, the suspect is suspected of having violated Article 335 Paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code and Article 167 of the Criminal Code.

The public prosecutor's team in the case, he said, did not detain the suspect because the two articles suspected could not be detained.

"In addition, there is a request for a suspension of detention and a guarantee from the suspect's wife and legal advisor," he said.

Head of the Lampung Attorney General's Office, I Made Agus Putra, said that previously the suspect was applied to the article on blasphemy. Time went on, the prosecutor's team of investigators coordinated with Lampung Police investigators to find the right article in the case that ensnared the suspect.

"After an investigation was carried out by Lampung Police investigators and coordinating with the public prosecutor that the suspect's actions were not sufficient evidence to be categorized as acts of blasphemy, Lampung Police Investigators on the instructions of the public prosecutor to determine that the suspect WK committed an act of violating Article 335 Paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code and Article 167 of the Criminal Code related to the actions of the suspect entering the yard without permission," he said.

Made said, based on the application of the two articles, it was concluded that the two articles were the ones accused of the suspect's actions.

"So the handling of this case, only regarding articles related to unpleasant acts and entering a house case without permission," he said.
