Investigating Allegations Of Corruption Fee Issuance Of SPPD Bima Agriculture Service, Bima Prosecutor's Office Examines 4 Witnesses
NTB - The Bima District Attorney (Kejari) is investigating a case of alleged corruption in the withdrawal of a "fee" in the issuance of an official travel order (SPPD) of the Bima City Agriculture Service, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB).
Head of the Intelligence Section of the Bima Kejari Andi Sudirman said that the handling of the case is currently underway at the clarification stage of the related parties. A total of 4 witnesses have so far been questioned by the Bima Kejari.
"So far, we have asked for clarification, including the head of the service," Andi said by telephone, Wednesday, May 10, as quoted by Antara.
In addition to clarifying, the prosecutor's office also collected documents related to the alleged withdrawal of the "fee" in the issuance of the SPPD.
"Of course, we also explore the need for documents from the service," he said.

He also said the alleged withdrawal of this "fee" took place in the last three years, starting from 2020.
The withdrawal of the "fee" in each issuance of the SPPD is 10 percent of the cost of official travel.
Regarding the nominal deduction in the last three years, Andi said this was still under investigation by the prosecutor's office.
"That's it, about the total nominal, we are still investigating it," he said.
