Reveals The Syndicate Of Motorcycle Theft From Lampung, 12 People Become Suspects

The motorcycle theft syndicate was successfully uncovered by the Tambora Police. A total of 12 suspects were arrested from the results of the disclosure of the motorcycle theft case.

From the results of the examination, the perpetrators of the theft syndicate are the Lampung network. Currently, the perpetrators are still undergoing intensive examination at the Tambora Police.

"So their mode is to accommodate stolen motorbikes to a place in the Pinang area, Tangerang City. They call them'save houses'. Of the many stolen motorbikes, their mode is to dismantle parts of the motorbike and send them to Lampung," said Tambora Police Chief Kompol Putra Pratama when confirmed by VOI, Monday, May 8.

In addition to arresting the perpetrators, the Tambora Police also managed to confiscate a number of stolen motorbikes and 3 transport cars.

"The police have revealed many theft cases, but motorcycle theft incidents continue to occur in certain types of motorbikes," he said.

Kompol Putra appealed, there needs to be prevention efforts from upstream to downstream to resolve the incident of motorcycle theft.
