South Tangerang Social Service Employees Become Fictitious Project Suspects, Mayor Asks BKPSDM To Fire Perpetrators

TANGERANG - Mayor of South Tangerang, Benyamin Davnie, spoke about the South Tangerang Social Service Staff, OM, who is suspected of being involved in a projective case with a value of IDR 1.1 billion. He emphasized that through the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) he had ordered to temporarily suspend the person concerned.

"Because I have been named a suspect and detained, I have assigned the BKPSDM to ask the police for a letter of detention," said Benjamin when confirmed, Thursday, April 13.

"Later it will be temporarily suspended until the inkrah court's decision is dismissed officially," he continued.

He also asked the party concerned to follow the applicable rules. If you want to defend in the Tangerang Court later.

A female staff member of the South Tangerang Social Service (Dinsos) with the initials OM was arrested by the police on suspicion of offering a fictitious social assistance project (Bansos) to a number of companies.

Tangerang City Metro Police Chief, Kombes Zain Dwi Nugroho confirmed the arrest. According to him, the alleged social assistance fictitious project was offered with a value of Rp. 1.1 billion.

"Women work as staff of the South Tangerang Social Service with the initials OM. He offers fictitious social assistance projects to various companies. A total of IDR 1.1 billion," Zain said when confirmed, Thursday, April 13.

The former Tangerang Police Chief said that his party had confiscated evidence in the form of a work order (SPK) from the Tangsel Social Service Office fictitious and in the form of other documents from the hands of the perpetrators.

"We confiscated the government's fictitious SPK evidence. If the file is ready, we will transfer it to the Tangerang City Kejari, because it happened in Tangerang City," he said.

Meanwhile, for the perpetrators themselves, his party has detained and placed the perpetrators in the Tangerang Women's Correctional Institution (Lapas).

"He was arrested in our area, (the perpetrator) is a woman who has been detained at the Tangerang prison," he concluded.
