PLN Boss's Message Before Homecoming: Don't Forget To Pay Electricity Bills And Check SPKLU Locations
JAKARTA - President Director of PT PLN (Persero) appealed to the public to conduct an electricity check before traveling for Eid Al-Fitr 2023.
Darmawan also reminded the public to ensure that electronic equipment had been removed from the socket and turned off the unused electricity.
"Don't forget to pay the postpaid bill and fill in the prepaid token so that Eid is comfortable because the electricity supply continues to run," said Darmawan Prasodjo at the Idul Fitri 1444H Electricity Alert press conference, Wednesday, April 5.
Darmawan also asked people who use electric vehicles as a means of transportation when going home to check the availability of Public Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (SPKLU) along the homecoming and rest area through the PLN Mobile application.
"We have a PLN Mobile application in which there is a charge. Electric cars can be searched for the nearest SPKLU location. This can stop by and if you need to charge," continued Darmawan.
Darmawan said, until now a total of 616 SPKLUs spread across 237 locations in Indonesia can be utilized by electric vehicle users. According to him, all of these SPKLUs are ready to serve the charging of electric vehicles during Eid homecoming.
Meanwhile, 9 SPKLU locations located in rest areas along the Trans Java Toll Road include: Rest Area Kilometer 519 A (Solo-Ngawi), Rest Area KM 519 B (Ngawi-Solo), Rest Area KM 389 B (Batang-Semarang), Rest Area KM 379 A (Semarang-Batang), Rest Area KM 626 B (Kertosono-Madiun), Rest Area KM 207 A (Palikanci), Rest Area 208 B (Palikanci), Rest Area KM 10.6 Jagorawi Toll Road, and Rest Area KM 6 (Jakarta-Cikampek).
Furthermore, SPKLU on the Trans Sumatra Toll Road which can be used include; Rest Area KM 20 B Lampung (Bakauheni Toll Road), Rest Area KM 49 A Lampung Palembang, Rest Area KM 163 A Central Lampung, Rest Area KM 172 B Tulang Bawang Barat, Rest Area KM 269 Terpekaka (Kakauheni Toll Road Kayu Agung), and Rest Area KM 277 Terpekat (Bakauheni Toll RoadKayu Agung).
"We continue to increase the SPKLU to increase public confidence in switching to electric vehicles. PLN is committed to supporting a qualified and reliable ecosystem for electric vehicle (EV) users in Indonesia," said Darmawan.
Darmawan continued, this SPKLU is supported by three types of charging that are ready to operate optimally to meet the needs of the community, including medium charging, fast charging, to ultra fast charging.
The distribution of 616 SPKLUs spread over 237 locations; Java Island 171 locations, Bali 34 locations, Sumatra 35 locations, Kalimantan 12 locations, Sulawesi 14 locations, Maluku 2 locations, Nusa Tenggara 9 locations and Papua 2 locations. This location can be checked through the PLN Mobile application.
