Renault Boyong, Megane E-Tech's Electric SUV To Indonesia

JAKARTA - Renault's newest electric SUV, Megane E-Tech, was presented in the country by Prestige Renault Indonesia (PRI), as the distributor of Renault cars. The launch of this European sports-style electric SUV is believed to add to the lively electric vehicle market in Indonesia.

Seeing the exterior, Renault pinned a narrow light that continued from the right to the left, and his curves flowed down as if to the front of the goal. The large Renault logo in the middle strengthens the identity of the car.

On the interior, Renault offers comfort for motorists by displaying a 12.3-inch screen coupled to a 9-inch multimedia OpenR display with navigation features.

There are several other interesting features such as the Harman Kardon audio system with five soundscapes and quantum logic surround technology. The car also has a smart operating system that is integrated with Google, heat pump and around view 3D camera. Meanwhile, in terms of safety, Megane E-Tech already uses an advanced driving assistance system or ADAS with 22 functions.

For the kitchen runway, Megane E-Tech is equipped with an electric motorbike that can produce an output of 220 dk (160 kW). This car is able to accelerate quickly from 0-100 km/hour in just 7.5 seconds.

Megane E-Tech is equipped with a lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 65 kWh and has a fast charge of 10-80 percent within 30 minutes. For the distance, the battery is full of cars, it can reach 450 km.

This car is sold for limited and to get it, prospective consumers have to spend Rp1.37 billion (OTR Jakarta).

Well, the price is more expensive when compared to an electric SUV with similar specs from the Volkswagen, Hyundai, or Kia families.
