Considered As Having Messy Appearance, Abidzar Al Ghifari Is Not Bothered

JAKARTA - Actor Abidzar Al Ghifari, who is the son of the late Ustaz Jefri Al Buchori and Umi Pipik, responded casually when his appearance was considered sloppy or messy.

The 21-year-old actor thought there was nothing wrong with his appearance. He doesn't want to be bothered by people's evaluation of his appearance, especially those who call themselves as netizens.

"Actually, I don't think I'm wrong. I mean, why, it's just an appearance, and maybe the connotation of appearance depends on netizens' thoughts," said Abidzar Al Ghifari when met at Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, Monday, March 20, 2023.

"Like for example yesterday I went to Umrah wearing jeans, it's normal, you guys blaspheme. In my opinion, there's nothing wrong with that. It's okay too, maybe those of you who blaspheme don't know what the conditions are like there," he continued.

Even though he often looks fine, the second child of Ustaz Jefri Al Buchori and Umi Pipik admits that he is uncomfortable with so much blasphemy. However, he chose not to take it too seriously.

"I'm sure it's uncomfortable, now I can't do anything either. I want to say, or I don't want to say, the output is the same. So yes, it's better to just do it (no need to respond)," he said.

Abidzar knows very well that his appearance is often seen as not reflecting the son of an ustadz, but he said that he cannot control what a person thinks. For him, there is no need to respond and explain everything.

“Because maybe not many people should know, whatever I do, not many people should know. The point is, if people think I'm far from the son of an ustadz, well, whatever, it's not my right to create a thought in someone's condition. I'm also here wanting what I want, and also protecting my good name," he concluded.
