Police Still Searching For The Head And Legs Of A Body Found In A Suitcase In Bogor

BOGOR - The discovery of a body without a head and legs in a red suitcase in Kampung Baru RT 02/02, Singabangsa Village is still a mystery. The police are still looking for the missing body parts.

The red suitcase containing the body of the man without a head and legs was found on the side of the Tigaraksa Alternative Road, Tenjo District, on Wednesday, March 15 morning.

Bogor Police Chief AKBP Iman Imanuddin said, currently the body is still at the Kramat Jati Police Hospital and currently the police have not received a report regarding the autopsy results.

"The Satreskrim team is currently also looking for parts of the head and legs that were not found at the location where they were found. There are suspicions that they were dumped in another location," said Faith briefly.

He also could not disclose further regarding the investigation into the case of the discovery of the mutilated victim's body. "Friends in the field are still working, we will inform you about the developments later," he added.

While related, the witnesses also added that the community did not see anything suspicious at the scene. Because the street area is fairly quiet. There is no public street lighting (PJU) at night.

In addition, residents also did not hear the sound of a vehicle stopping at the location where the suitcase was found.

"While there is no (other information) and this is an alternative road that leads to Tangerang. But, even though there is minimal lighting (lights), access is very active for residents and other vehicles," he added. Previously, Faith said, the body in the red suitcase was found in an incomplete condition without clothes. In addition, there is a human tattoo on the arm.

"The characteristics of the unidentified corpse are that it is male, with white skin, has a tattoo with an abstract human image on its left arm, and is estimated to be around 45 years old," said Iman in a written statement, Wednesday night.

Iman said the man's corpse was suspected of being a victim of mutilation. This is because the body in the red suitcase was in a condition with tied hands and several body parts, such as the head and legs, was missing and had not been found at the TKP.
