Classic Duel Floyd Mayweather Vs Manny Pacquiao Will Come Back

JAKARTA - Former heavyweight boxers Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao are getting ready to meet again in the boxing ring with their colleagues in the team's tag fight format.

In that match, Floyd plans to pair up with KSI stars. Meanwhile, Pacquiao will partner with TikTok star Salt Papi as his teammate.

According to The Sun's report, the duel is currently officially in the process of being negotiated. According to Happy Punch Promotion, the bet for the duel has now been raised.

The concept of this team's tag match was previously initiated by KSI's Misfits Boxing in early March. Despite his debut status at that time, the match proved successful among their fans.

Mayweather, 46, defeated Pacquiao, 44, in 2015 in a battle claimed to be one of the largest in history. The duel at that time generated more than 500 million pounds (Rp9.3 trillion).

In addition, the duel was also witnessed by 4.4 million pairs of eyes in America. However, the rematch of the two legends did not happen even though they were still active in exhibition matches.

Mayweather retired in 2017 after defeating UFC superstar Conor McGregor to hold a 50-0 win-goal record. Since then he has competed in six exhibition matches.
