70 Percent Burns, Toddler Pertamina Plumpang Fire Victim Dies

JAKARTA - One of three toddlers who were victims of the Pertamina Plumpang Depot fire who had been critical while being treated at the Pertamina Central Hospital (RSPP), South Jakarta, died. This was confirmed by the victim's uncle, Deni.

The toddler who died as a result of the fire victims in Pertamina Depot, Plumpang named Muhammad Ilyas (4).

"It's true (died)," Deni told reporters, Wednesday, March 8.

Deni revealed that Ilyas' body has now been buried at the Tegal Kunir TPU, Koja, North Jakarta.

"Yesterday, it was buried at TPU Tegal Kunir at 17.00," he said.

Based on information obtained by the family, Ilyas' burns reached 70 percent.

"Approximately 70 percent," he concluded.
