Central Lombok Regency Government Forms Team To Collect Dozens Of Contractors Not Paying Excess Projects

NTB - The Central Lombok Regency Government (Pemkab) formed a team of boards to resolve state losses to process the findings trial from the Audit Result Report (LHP) of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) and the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP).

They were tried by the panel considering the settlement of regional losses in Central Lombok Regency, because they had not returned the losses for the overpayment of various projects being carried out.

In accordance with the mandate of the law, his party has formed a team of regional losses settlements aimed at hearing partners who have not yet returned state losses.

"So we schedule several third parties that we summon and the trial for us to ask for clarity," he said.

In the findings, there are those who have not returned state losses of Rp. 5 million to Rp. 10 million and there are hundreds of millions that must be returned. "We ask for clarity to be repaid immediately," he said.

He said that in the trial, some of the partners asked for payment in installments for half a year and some for up to one year.

There was even a finish of the trial, the partners signed an absolute accountability certificate containing an agreement to pay off but in installments.

"Our trial is carried out in stages and the amount of losses varies, some even only Rp. 1 million. This is a partner who worked on physical projects in Central Lombok, the first trial in 2023 there were around 15 partners that we conducted the trial," he said.
